August 4 2005: three articles

I have just posted up two short, draft articles, and one longer one.

The first is on the idea of positive discrimination, and the extent to which the recent disability case Archibald v Fife Council (2004) introduces a new duty into English law.

The second looks at Willibald Steinmetz's Begenungen vor Bericht, and the extent to which teachers' dismissal cases from the first decades of the twentieth century confirm or contradict his argument.

The third is a paper which I gave at this year's Alternative Futures conference in Manchester, The Anti-Nazi League as Social Movement.

As ever, if anyone has thoughts on any of them, please pass them on.
